The Heritage North Museum is inviting residents for an evening of history and mystery during its annual “Night at the Museum – Flashlight Tours” on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
Starting at 7 p.m., the museum will turn off the lights and guide visitors through exhibits and grounds using flashlights. Guests will hear local ghost stories, legends, and tales of Thompson’s mining history, while exploring the annex and the historic Snowball Express train car.
Tours run every hour, with the final tour departing at 9 p.m. Doors for the first tour open at 6:45 p.m. Flashlights will be provided, and participants are encouraged to bring a friend — and their courage.
This year’s event also features a Pumpkin Hunt, where small pumpkins are hidden throughout the museum. The tours are family-friendly, though all youth under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission:
- Adults – $10.50
- Seniors – $6.30
- Youth – $6.30
