The Heritage North Museum in Thompson will host a “Cabin Fever” social event on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for residents aged 13 and older. The event aims to provide a relaxed space for the community to socialize during the winter months with board games, snacks, and hot cocoa.

Admission to the event is $5 per person, which includes entry for a door prize. Attendees are encouraged to wear pajamas and bring blankets or pillows to create a comfortable, informal atmosphere.

The Heritage North Museum organized the evening to help residents reconnect and spend time together during the long winter season. Activities will include various party games alongside a selection of snacks.

No pre-registration is required for the drop-in event. The museum is located on Mystery Lake Road and serves as a local historical and community hub for Northern Manitoba.
