Thompson Public Library Announces Final Call for July Summer Camps

Thompson Public Library is reminding local families of the upcoming deadline for registering children in their popular July Summer Camps. Interested families have until June 24th, 2025, at closing time to secure a spot for their children in these engaging educational camps.

Summer Art Camp

Scheduled every Wednesday (July 9, 16, 23, and 30) from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, this camp is specifically tailored for young artists aged 5 to 8 years old. Participants should bring their lunch, but the library will provide water, snacks, and all necessary art supplies. The cost for the complete camp experience is $100 per child.

Summer STEM Camp

Designed for children aged 9 to 13, the STEM Camp takes place each Tuesday (July 8, 15, 22, and 29) from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This camp encourages exploration and learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on activities and projects. As with the Art Camp, participants are asked to bring lunch, while snacks, water, and activity materials will be provided by the library. The registration fee is also $100 per child.

Spaces are limited, so interested parents and guardians are encouraged to register soon to ensure their children’s participation in these enriching summer activities.
