Thompson RCMP Searches for Missing 43-Year-Old Woman on Ashbury Place
The Thompson RCMP is requesting public assistance in locating 43-year-old Candace Wastesicoot, who was last seen fleeing a residence on Ashbury Place late on December 6.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Manitoba have issued an alert stating they are concerned for Wastesicoot’s safety. Officers responded to a check on her wellbeing at the Ashbury Place residence in Thompson at 11:55 p.m. on December 6, 2025.
Police report that Wastesicoot fled the scene before officers arrived and has not been seen or heard from since.
Wastesicoot is described as 5’8″ tall and weighing 250 lbs. She has black hair and black eyes. No description of her clothing was provided.
